During an initial consultation, I will get a preliminary understanding of what has brought you to seek counseling, and you will gain a sense of how I work with clients. We will discuss your goals, and any thoughts you might already have as to how therapy could help you get to those goals. At the end of the session we will decide together whether it makes sense to move forward.
